Overview
A leading wellness organization with over a decade of industry experience and a global product distribution network is seeking a Financial Analyst. This fully remote role involves financial reporting, forecasting, planning, business analysis, and providing strategic decision support. The position collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, enhance reporting processes, and support business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data to evaluate current and future business performance
- Coordinate monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Collaborate with departments and leadership on reporting, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and performance targets
- Conduct profit and loss (P&L) analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, and prepare bridge commentary
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses and management presentations
- Recommend improvements to financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Identify and communicate financial discrepancies or unsupported financial conditions
- Provide financial consulting related to pricing and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $90,000–$115,000
