Overview
This role is for a Financial Analyst specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis, offered on a contractual basis. The position is fully remote, allowing work from anywhere, with compensation ranging from $45 to $65 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to provide actionable business intelligence.
- Develop, refine, and implement advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Create comprehensive rubrics based on field expertise to enhance and refine AI models.
- Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance.
- Investment banking experience is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay between $45 and $65.
