Financial Analyst

Overview

This role supports a collaborative Finance team by combining financial operations with technology and data-focused process improvements. The position offers hands-on experience with the systems, data, and workflows that help a growing organization run effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into smarter processes and system solutions
• Work with financial data to help improve reporting accuracy
• Support ERP/EPM systems, including integrations, testing, and implementations
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Data, and technology teams
• Contribute to projects that make Finance more efficient and scalable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships and academic projects count)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to ERP/EPM systems
• Experience with reporting tools, SQL, or data analytics
