Overview
A global leader in biometric technology is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their finance team in a fully remote capacity. The organization specializes in secure biometric-based solutions including iris, fingerprint, and facial recognition technologies, supporting public security, justice, travel, identity, and access control sectors worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process across multiple departments
- Develop complex financial models incorporating scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Analyze budget versus actual variances and provide financial commentary to leadership
- Reforecast financials throughout the fiscal year
- Collaborate with parent and sister companies to align expectations and deadlines
- Deliver financial reports with actionable insights
- Identify and implement improvements in financial planning and reporting processes
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses for executive leadership
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reviews
- Assist with long-range planning and initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with demonstrated expertise
- Experience with complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience partnering with operational leaders and presenting financial insights
Compensation & Benefits
- US base salary range: $93,000 to $116,000 plus bonus and benefits
- Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education
