Overview

This role is a full-time, Associate-level Financial Analyst position supporting marketing strategy and operations through financial-focused, analysis-led work. Responsibilities center on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and handling exceptions. Responsibilities

  • Record maintenance: Review financial inputs against supporting records and keep documentation organized and current.
  • Reconciliation & discrepancy handling: Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing; identify issues that require follow-up.
  • Exception tracking: Track unresolved financial exceptions and ensure each exception has an appropriate owner.
  • Audit-ready documentation: Maintain documentation that can be verified by another authorized teammate without reconstructing the full history.
  • Variance analysis: Apply variance analysis while maintaining clear evidence, owners, and deadlines.
  • Workflow decision documentation: Document workflow decisions clearly so reasoning can be followed by others working in related reporting and operations.
  • Escalation-ready judgment: Use sound judgment around reconciliation, escalating when appropriate rather than assuming outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience performing or supporting financial records work, including reconciliation.
  • Experience with invoice review and payment tracking.
  • Strong spreadsheet analysis and account review skills.
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy and resolve exceptions.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and audit support.

  • Experience with financial-focused, analysis-led documentation that supports auditability and handoffs.
  • Experience with marketing strategy operations or related reporting workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.

Location
