Overview

A leading telecom-as-a-service (TaaS) platform is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance Team. This role supports global finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer account reconciliations, finance data uploads, and other ad hoc activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with finance, account managers, and legal teams to understand customer agreements for account reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly customer invoices using Xero and Facturama, ensuring compliance with client contracts
  • Generate outgoing inventory invoices upon sales team requests
  • Ensure timely processing and approval of vendor bills
  • Conduct ongoing analyses such as aging of accounts receivable/payable, monthly cost analysis, and inventory movement analysis
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports to support business needs
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding with project teams to facilitate purchase orders and accounts payable processing
  • Respond promptly to finance-related inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Document and evaluate current accounts payable and receivable systems and processes; assist with improvements and implementation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Suite products
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with a problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
  • Ability to document finance processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience auditing invoices against client contracts
  • Ability to prepare detailed financial analyses and reports
