Overview

This role involves providing financial leadership to support business decision-making aimed at maximizing long-term value, cash flows, and shareholder return within the Americas Packaging Division. The position reports to the Director of Finance and focuses on the Foodservice Carton & Specialty Region.

The role is remote but requires the candidate to be located in the US with travel to Foodservice Carton & Specialty plant locations in Georgia, Alabama, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial personnel and processes within the Foodservice Carton & Specialty Region.
  • Provide analytical support for Plant Leadership teams, including monthly close, financial forecasts, annual operating plans, and compliance.
  • Analyze and evaluate monthly operating results, annual budgets, monthly production and financial forecasts, and weekly results reporting.
  • Support cross-functional projects such as customer profitability analysis and pricing.
  • Support and develop Plant Controllers.
  • Review and assist in preparing monthly Plant reporting packages.
  • Assist Controllers in developing and presenting explanations for month-end results with detailed variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and provide analysis for the monthly forecasting process.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics.
  • Maintain and develop complex financial models as needed.
  • Ensure Plants comply with company policies and controls.
  • Analyze plant results and production variances.
  • Support the development and analysis of Plant annual operating plans.
  • Assist Plants and Plant Controllers on special projects.
  • Provide support for corporate-level analysis on key items.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance roles, with 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP R3, and OLAP tools.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Willingness to travel 15% to 25%.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $117,700.00 - $156,900.00

Location

  • Remote within the United States.
  • Travel required to plant locations in Georgia, Alabama, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin (15%-25%).
