Overview
This role serves as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst partnering with the Global Operations team. The position involves supporting budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, providing monthly and ad hoc reporting to management to improve visibility into business performance drivers. The analyst will manage upward reporting of budgets, plans, and forecasts, assist in monthly result reviews, and communicate findings to key stakeholders. The role offers opportunities for development in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
Location: Must be located in Eastern Standard Time
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasting and closing processes for the Global Operations team
- Analyze and report on operating costs and efficiencies in collaboration with the team
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes
- Support the preparation of the annual budget
- Develop financial models to support business decision-making
- Organize and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of key duties and projects
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; advanced degree is a plus
- Expert proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP and OneStream preferred
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to proposing and implementing improvements
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tactical and strategic issues
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage fluctuating workloads while providing accurate data
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior management
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to handle uncertainty
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $61,500.00 - $102,700.00 (local currency)
- Eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package
