Overview
An organization is seeking experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professionals to support AI research through flexible, part-time contract work. This role involves leveraging expertise in financial planning, budget management, and retail performance analysis to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that enhances AI understanding of real-world retail finance workflows.
This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be undertaken alongside current employment.
Responsibilities
- Develop expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail finance workflows using domain expertise
- Review and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to actual planning and analysis practices
- Provide structured written feedback to improve AI model performance
- Complete tasks independently at your own pace without a set schedule or minimum hour requirement
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in retail finance or financial planning and analysis, such as FP&A Analyst or Senior FP&A Analyst roles
- Practical experience with workflows including budget variance analysis, hindsight analysis, store performance reporting, and demand forecasting
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
