Overview
This role is a foundational hire for the organization’s Strategic Finance function, supporting the BPaaS business and the broader Finance organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development, the analyst will take ownership of recurring analysis, modeling, and reporting that support how financial performance is communicated to leadership, the Board, and the investment community.
This is a builder’s role—suited to a strong modeler and clear communicator who wants real ownership early, thrives with limited inherited infrastructure, and turns ambiguous, high-stakes problems into repeatable, well-documented processes. As the function scales, there is an opportunity to expand scope and increase responsibility.
