Overview

A prominent men’s grooming and lifestyle consumer brand is seeking an FP&A Manager, Revenue to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. The organization has a global omnichannel presence, selling through its website, major marketplaces, and leading retailers. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to develop and automate reporting and key performance indicators that drive operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and forecasting across global sales channels including direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, and retail.
  • Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with insights on budget, variances, and outlook.
  • Develop models linking marketing and revenue performance to company objectives.
  • Manage detailed SKU-level forecasting, including pricing and promotional assumptions.
  • Collaborate with retail leadership on financial feasibility assessments.
  • Support month-end close by reconciling forecast assumptions with actual results.
  • Continuously improve and automate processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as a finance partner to commercial leadership, translating data into actionable plans.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and scenario planning.
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of finance experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong modeling and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting and GAAP principles, especially in consumer goods revenue recognition.
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related field; professional designations such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems, ideally NetSuite.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
