Overview
A remote contract opportunity is available for a Private Equity Expert to support AI research investment initiatives. This role requires a minimum commitment of 10+ hours per week over at least four weeks, compensated at $130 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial models and provide insights to enhance AI model outputs.
- Review market sizing and Total Addressable Market (TAM) analyses to ensure alignment with investment strategies.
- Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate on Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Efficiently process NDA and legal documents to support deal flow.
- Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of private equity experience at top firms.
- Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
- Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.
- Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
- Ability to process NDA and legal documents.
- Skills in sourcing deals.
Compensation & Contract Details
- Contract position paid hourly at $130/hour.
- Payment is made weekly.
