Overview
A leading organization in the Information Technology sector is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join their team remotely. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that enhance visibility, support decision-making, and improve business performance. The position involves collaboration with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to develop reporting, identify trends, and translate analysis into strategic actions within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation: $125,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Create a strong and positive first impression for investors
- Implement and uphold investor relations best practices
- Support the earnings preparation process, including drafting and data collection
- Lead data validation efforts for earnings materials
- Develop cohesive investor messaging aligned with strategic objectives
- Prepare reports and analyses for senior leadership
- Manage investor engagement activities such as conferences and roadshows
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in investor relations or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, analyst models, and valuation methodologies
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of financial statements and project management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment
