Overview

This role involves managing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support for multiple business functions within the organization. The focus areas include financial reporting and analysis of global expenses, preparation and presentation of monthly financial results to budget owners, coordination with business and accounting teams, management of key monthly financial documentation and processes, and reporting on key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present monthly financial results and KPIs to relevant business leaders.
  • Act as the primary FP&A contact for senior leadership, managing the annual budget and monthly forecast processes for each function.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, including reviewing actual financial and operational results at the budget level and holding regular meetings with budget owners to discuss outcomes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support evaluation of operations and financial modeling aligned with strategic goals.
  • Review monthly actual financial results during the close process to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform various ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and analyze data for multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Successful completion of background screening, including employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, Social Security verification, and where applicable, credit and drug screening, in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle and Hyperion financial systems.
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
