Overview

A global leader in innovative respiratory care products is seeking a Manager, Global Intercompany Tax & Transfer Pricing to support their global intercompany accounting and transfer pricing operations. This role involves managing a highly automated intercompany process that integrates Oracle financial data and applies established transfer pricing policies through system-driven logic. The position works closely with senior tax and accounting leadership to oversee quarterly reviews, support policy implementation, assist with system enhancements, and provide reporting for tax, finance, and audit purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and eventually lead the intercompany process, including review and validation of legal entity forecast data, periodic reviews of automated intercompany calculations, system outputs, and related accounting to ensure proper application of transfer pricing policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain and enhance intercompany and transfer pricing system logic, primarily within Oracle EDM and PCM modules.
  • Partner with tax and other stakeholders to evaluate and address business inquiries related to intercompany flows, coding outcomes, and policy application.
  • Oversee implementation of system enhancements, new calculations, and evolving business models.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic and ad hoc reports from Oracle, PCM, Atoti, and other data sources to support tax reporting, transfer pricing documentation, audits, and management reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve variances, logic exceptions, and unusual results, coordinating with accounting, tax, and systems teams.
  • Prepare and review intercompany and transfer pricing inputs, supporting documentation, and analyses for quarter-end reporting, tax compliance, and audit support while maintaining evidence for SOX controls and internal audit requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong accounting or tax technical foundation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets and system-generated outputs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in highly automated, system-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Taxation (MST) or Master of Business Taxation (MBT).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Exposure to tax accounting concepts and practices.
  • Familiarity with Oracle PCM, automation tools, or workflow platforms such as JIRA and Confluence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base salary range: $114,000 - $142,000 - $170,000 USD, with individual pay decisions based on geographic location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
