Overview

A growing delivery services organization is seeking a Manager of Revenue Compliance to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of pricing, contracts, and revenue-related system configurations. This remote position is open to candidates in states where the employer is authorized to employ individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts for pricing terms, service level agreements (SLAs), rebates, and billing structures.
  • Translate contract terms into structured formats for implementation.
  • Maintain a centralized, version-controlled, audit-ready contract database.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Pricing teams to resolve contract ambiguities or inconsistencies.
  • Oversee and validate pricing-related configurations across internal systems, including general rate increases (GRI), contract SLAs, rebates, new customer setups, modifications, discounts, incentives, and service terms.
  • Ensure pricing changes comply with approved timelines, policies, contract terms, calculation logic, trigger conditions, go-live requirements, and documented approval processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of pricing configurations, contract setups, and system changes to validate alignment with contractual agreements and approved modifications.
  • Develop audit frameworks, controls, and reporting to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Partner with Finance and Internal Audit teams to support compliance initiatives, audits, revenue governance, and issue resolution.
  • Lead investigations into revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and customer disputes; analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to track pricing accuracy, implementation timelines, compliance trends, and revenue leakage risks.
  • Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or Notion.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Systems thinking with an understanding of workflows, dependencies, and process design across pricing, billing, contracts, and revenue operations.
  • Ability to translate complex agreements into accurate, scalable system configurations.
  • Data-driven approach to resolving discrepancies and preventing recurrence.
  • Experience building and enforcing structured, audit-ready processes and governance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting base pay range: $104,000 - $131,000.
  • Full potential base salary range over tenure: $104,800 - $157,200.
  • Eligibility for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation up to a 15% bonus target.
