This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Work closely with multiple schedulers to roll updates into a Master schedule.
- Track plans and schedules by soliciting regular updates, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS.
- Perform advanced analytics and apply schedule ownership to assist CAMs/IPTs with awareness of schedule impacts before closing month end.
- Participate in the development of proposals, including creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents.
- Incorporate regular status and forecast updates in the IMS based on inputs from CAMs.
- Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.
- Support the schedule risk assessment process (SRA) by completing an SRA.
- Work in parallel with the program cost analyst to ensure cost and schedule are reconciled; take steps to correct mismatched items and address root cause.
- Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management, including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation.
- Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting.
- Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process).
- Ensure proper implementation of EVMS through standardized processes, tools, and reporting out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process).
- Travel up to 10%.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- U.S. Citizen (required for eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance).
- Program controls and EVMS background.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and understanding of cross project linking.
- Experience with Earned Value Concepts.
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts.
- Experience presenting to large groups and leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
