Overview

This role involves leading financial management efforts focused on accurate revenue recognition, margin optimization, and delivery performance across multiple service lines. The position requires managing a team of analysts, collaborating with business leaders and pricing centers of excellence, and utilizing offshore resources to enhance financial outcomes through operational excellence and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for revenue recognition and project margin analytics.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing Center of Excellence to monitor revenue trends and project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective delivery management.
  • Identify repetitive and manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, AI-driven analytics, and workflow optimization.
  • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
  • Monitor trends in delivery performance and identify margin optimization opportunities.
  • Work with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks ensuring integrity and consistency in reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization; 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role preferred.
  • Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business units.
  • Proficiency with Workday/SAP and automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Alteryx.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analytics, including SQL and Python.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $98,230 to $186,220.
  • Actual compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location.
  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package is offered to eligible employees.
