NetSuite ARM Functional Consultant – Manager

Overview

This role is part of the organization’s Digital Finance team within its Oracle consulting practice. The position supports Finance organizations in using enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Work includes helping clients define Finance Systems Strategies and executing those strategies through technology implementation and enablement, including Oracle-NetSuite.

The role also supports Finance transformation initiatives that require consulting expertise blending finance and technology.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role.
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules.
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module.
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module.
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations.
  • Designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite.
  • Understanding different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance).
  • Understanding financial and accounting concepts such as the function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, and chart of account considerations.
• Extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including demonstrated communication skills to clearly communicate complex ideas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000
• Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
