OneStream Administrator

Overview

This role supports the organization’s OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform. The position serves as the primary administrator and internal expert, with responsibility for configuration, security, metadata, workflows, and ongoing platform improvements. Hybrid is preferred, with remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and internal expert for the OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform
• Manage configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, user access, maintenance, and documentation
• Lead OneStream upgrades, patches, enhancements, new module implementations, and performance improvements
• Partner with Accounting on consolidations, eliminations, reporting structures, and financial close processes
• Ensure data integrity across connected systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, dashboards, reporting automation, training, and user support
• Work with Finance, Accounting, IT, business users, and external consultants while independently managing priorities and translating business requirements into scalable solutions

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with OneStream administration, including:
  • Configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and application maintenance
• Demonstrated experience with OneStream upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new module implementations
• Experience with integrations between OneStream and ERP, data warehouse, or other enterprise systems
• Experience with financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and close processes
• Experience with system and data troubleshooting, reporting automation, data quality, and end-user support
• Experience working cross-functionally, managing priorities independently, and translating business needs into practical system solutions

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience and location)
• Paid Time Off: up to 120 hours in the first year plus 8 paid holidays

Location

Hybrid preferred; remote work is possible.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
