OneStream Lead Consultant

Overview

This role involves delivering consulting services for corporate/enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) solutions for clients. The position supports the end-to-end lifecycle—requirements, solution design, technical development, testing, and deployment—using OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Use application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to support design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for client engagements.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and develop client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions, including designing a comprehensive infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application based on documented requirements.
• Participate in OneStream solution quality and testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Build, test, and deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates, and forms to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to develop solution roadmaps, including communicating the overall solution vision and initiatives across the project team.
• Identify opportunities within clients’ business and forecasting processes to improve the use of planning software, driving business results and increasing the accuracy and efficiency of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in FP&A or FP&A consulting, including advising commercial companies and senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.
• Ability to lead and mentor others; provide exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, ethical knowledge, appropriate urgency, and timely project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with external clients, including solution development and implementation using a leading ERP or EPM/CPM solution.
• OneStream Certified Associate.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $78,100 to $126,500.
• Actual compensation will depend on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
