OneStream Lead Consultant

Overview

This role involves delivering performance management (CPM/EPM) consulting services for enterprise clients. The organization is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to support client efforts across budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and business intelligence solutions.

The organization partners with OneStream and provides consulting services from business requirements and solution design through technical development, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Use application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to support the design, build, test, and deployment of corporate/enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) solutions.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and create client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Assist in designing a comprehensive infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application based on requirements documentation.
• Perform OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Build, test, and deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates, and forms to meet client requirements.
• Help develop and communicate a client roadmap that includes overall solution vision and effective initiative communication across the project team.
• Identify opportunities in client business and forecasting processes to better leverage planning software to improve budget/forecast accuracy and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in FP&A or FP&A consulting, including advising commercial companies and senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.
• Previous experience working with external clients, including solution development and implementation using a leading ERP or EPM/CPM solution is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certified Associate.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.
• Ability to lead and mentor others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, apply ethical judgment, show urgency, and ensure timely project completion.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $78,100 to $126,500.
• Compensation decisions depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
• The organization offers a compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
