OneStream Lead Consultant

Overview

This role involves performance management (CPM/EPM) consulting, supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise performance management solutions for clients.

The employer partners with OneStream and delivers consulting services covering Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, and Business Intelligence solutions. Work spans business requirements and solution design through technical development.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, build, test, and deployment of corporate/enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) solutions for clients.
• Lead or support client workshops to gather requirements and develop client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Assist in designing a comprehensive infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application based on requirements documentation.
• Perform OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Build, test, and deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates, and forms to meet client requirements.
• Work with clients to develop a roadmap that includes an overall solution vision and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify opportunities within client business and forecasting processes where planning software can improve business results and increase the accuracy and efficiency of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in FP&A or FP&A consulting, including advising commercial companies and senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with external clients, including solution development and implementation using a leading ERP or EPM/CPM solution.
• OneStream Certified Associate.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.
• Ability to lead and mentor others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, apply appropriate ethical knowledge, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely project completion.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $78,100 to $126,500

Compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and business needs. Compensation decisions vary by case.
