Oracle Functional Analyst

Overview

This contract role is for an Oracle Functional Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The position focuses on partnering with finance teams to support and enhance Oracle Planning & Budgeting systems, providing ongoing production support, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Oracle EPM solutions
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Oracle Planning & Budgeting environments
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement system fixes and improvements
• Contribute to improvements in planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and reporting outcomes
• Support and collaborate across enterprise finance processes, including consolidation activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oracle EPM space, preferably as a Functional Analyst
• Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Planning & Budgeting systems
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional designs
• Knowledge of Financial Consolidation and Close System (FCCS) and related consolidation processes
• Experience supporting production environments, including issue resolution and system enhancements
