Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role is a sourced listing for an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant.

• Start: Immediate
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Location: Remote; may require travel during the first week or two to Memphis for kick off, otherwise remote

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Work hands-on across areas including:
  • Core HR
  • Benefits
  • Payroll
  • OTL
  • HCM Extracts
  • OTBI
  • BI Publisher
  • Custom extensions using VBCS
• Develop Fast Formulas for validations, accruals, overtime, and absence rules.
• Translate HR processes and talent management workflows into effective system configurations.
• Support data loading into Oracle Fusion HCM using:
  • HDL Data Loader
  • Spreadsheet Data Loader
  • Payroll Batch Loader (PBL)
• Design and implement Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions.
• Implement Global Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Contribute to project activities including implementation, configuration, upgrades, production support, and change management.

Requirements

• Experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM functional consultant, including full lifecycle implementations and ongoing support.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud modules and capabilities listed in Responsibilities.
• Proficiency developing Fast Formulas for the stated use cases.
• Experience with data loading tools for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience designing and implementing OCI solutions.
• Experience implementing Global Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Experience with implementation, configuration, upgrades, production support, and change management processes.
