Overview
This role is a key contributor to the success of the Payment Solutions team, acting as a trusted partner and advisor to the Sales Organization. Responsibilities include assisting with the sale of creative payment solutions, managing the sales cycle (including financial structure, documentation, and order processing through funding), and driving opportunities from origination to renewal.
Responsibilities
- Assist in selling financing solutions to customers, including opportunities financed with external partners and those associated with recurring revenue programs
- Manage large transactions financed via WPA, EA, TLA (including sales, sales ops, and partner OEM management)
- Focus on sales and rebate growth; assist with strategic planning with the sales team and promote/educate sales on available payment options
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with funding partners to ensure financing solutions meet customer needs
- Oversee overall management and funding of financed transactions, including proper documentation, order processing instructions, invoice processing, and funding
- Interface with sales support teams as necessary to drive results
- Identify and propose methods and ideas to improve results and address inefficiencies
- Participate in proposal responses for all financing requests
- Support customer financing communication and marketing tools (internal and external)
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant business experience required
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills; innovative thinking required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Ability to work in an open, interactive, fast-paced, communicative environment required
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written) at all levels, with executive presence, professional confidence, and maturity required
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic required
- Personal time management and organization required
- Ability to embrace change, support multiple groups at one time, work well in a team environment with positive energy, and adhere to core values required
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required
Travel Requirements
- Up to 20% domestic travel required
Compensation & Benefits
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation (e.g., bonuses or commissions) that is not included in the base pay.
