Payroll Integrations Lead

Overview

This role involves leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of integrations connected to ADP GlobalView and related global HR/payroll ecosystems. The position serves as the technical lead for payroll data interfaces between HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and third-party systems, ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable end-to-end data flow. The role requires close partnership with Payroll Operations, HRIS, Infrastructure, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable payroll integration solutions across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Support key production payroll systems, specifically USA Payroll using ADP GlobalView
• Lead end-to-end payroll integration initiatives supporting GlobalView USA implementation and transformation
• Serve as the primary technical lead for inbound and outbound payroll interfaces
• Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices for payroll data exchanges
• Coordinate integration activities across Digital Technology, Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors
• Collaborate with vendors and business partners during project deliverables
• Implement solutions using ADP’s implementation methodology and GlobalView product
• Attend blueprinting workshops to gather business requirements
• Identify and resolve gaps or mismatches between organizational needs and ADP’s GlobalView template, escalating issues as necessary
• Perform Quality Assurance on blueprints and configurations
• Manage project-level risks
• Provide status reporting to project manager and team lead

Requirements

• Experience with SAP, payroll systems, ADP GlobalView, payroll integrations, and SAP HCM
• Intermediate level of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Technofunctional expertise in payroll integrations

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $85.00 - $99.00 per hour
