Payroll Specialist (Payroll/PEO)

Overview

Remote position.

The organization collaborates with payroll, HR, and PEO employers to streamline job searching and help candidates be considered for roles that may not be publicly posted. Candidates are asked to avoid applying multiple times for different positions, since consideration may occur across open opportunities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Receive personalized one-on-one support to prepare for interviews with client employers.
• Access potential roles through an employer network, including positions that may not be publicly advertised.
• Use resume and interview support services (including resume review and interview preparation) to strengthen application materials.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working for a payroll service bureau or PEO in one or more of the following systems or processes:

  • UKG Ready
  • isolved
  • Asure Evolution
  • ExecuPay
  • MPAY
  • ApexHCM
  • Tax Notice Resolution
  • APTM
  • MasterTax
  • Etc.

• Qualification requirements vary by employer; candidates of all backgrounds and experience levels may be considered.
