The organization is growing its dental practice acquisition process and is seeking a highly organized, personable, detail-oriented individual to support prospective acquisitions.
This role helps manage acquisitions across an expanding network of dental practices (45+ partnered practices across 15+ states).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate due diligence and help keep acquisition projects on track from initial review through closing.
- Organize and review financial and practice information.
- Manage and maintain spreadsheets, Smartsheet, and other internal systems.
- Track documents, deadlines, questions, and follow-up items to ensure timely progress.
- Assist with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and modeling.
- Communicate with doctors, practice owners, brokers, CPAs, attorneys, lenders, and internal leadership to support a smooth acquisition process.
- Identify potential issues and elevate them to leadership as needed.
Requirements
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable; able to work effectively with different personalities.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and detailed information.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience using Smartsheet; experience with Wrike is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or modeling (preferred but not required).
