Pricing Analyst

Overview

This fully remote role is for a Pricing Analyst supporting full service pricing activities. The position involves analyzing markets and pricing inventory across a variety of events using dynamic pricing software, and serving as the primary client point of contact within the organization.

The role reports directly to the Pricing Manager and indirectly to the Sr. Director of Full Service Pricing. It requires working off of Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, historical data, and live data to price inventory effectively for clients using the organization’s proprietary software
• Conduct detailed market research to support strategic pricing recommendations
• Communicate with clients to discuss pricing strategy, preferences, and account performance
• Collaborate with business intelligence and software development teams to improve product performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or Economics strongly preferred
• 1+ years in an analytical or pricing role
• Strong financial, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver the best customer experience
• Occasional availability to work non-standard hours and weekend days required

Preferred Qualifications

• Sports and entertainment knowledge strongly preferred
• Prior experience in the ticketing industry or using the organization’s dynamic pricing platform is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 - $85,000 a year
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Location

Fully remote (must work off of Eastern time zone). The organization hires remotely across the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WY.
