Pricing Senior Analyst- Flex Position

Overview

This role supports global pricing requests related to new product development. The position involves reviewing requests for accuracy and completeness, requesting additional information from sales as needed, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with approval guidelines. It requires collaboration with international pricing teams and other business units to manage price requests involving multiple geographies, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales teams with guidance on available billing options and their appropriateness for each engagement.
• Develop pricing proposals and coordinate with sales and other pricing groups to fulfill customer requests.
• Collaborate with contract and legal departments to verify pricing details on contracts and agreements for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist in developing rates for new Worldwide Economy origin countries and contribute to the annual general Rate Increase for existing origins.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of pricing systems and tools to accurately track proposals.
• Utilize internal systems to ensure timely and accurate pricing.
• Review customer-accepted pricing proposals to ensure contract integrity.
• Participate in projects focused on process improvements.
• Engage daily with sales and sales leadership to provide consultative advice on competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Support sales teams in understanding pricing systems, strategies, and tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.
• Preferred fields of study include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is preferred.
• Experience creating cost statements is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Access, including creating and using databases, is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Additional Information

• Job grade: 20E.
• Hours of operation: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (subject to change).
• Position is remote.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $5,880 to $10,900 monthly, depending on geographic market and other factors such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
• Eligibility for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may apply depending on position level and performance factors.
• Compensation reflects labor costs across multiple U.S. geographic markets.
