Overview
This role supports the OneStream, EPMWare, and Revenue reporting platforms within the corporate controllership function. It focuses on end user enablement and support, ongoing maintenance, platform support, and continuous improvement projects. The position offers an opportunity to influence the finance systems landscape for a newly formed industry-leading company.
The position is located in Northridge, CA or Minneapolis, MN, with remote work opportunities available for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide end user support and maintain platform security in compliance with corporate policies.
- Collaborate with IT, systems teams, and external support providers as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for leveraging the platform to meet end user needs.
- Perform data reconciliations and assist with metadata and hierarchy maintenance.
- Support delivery of new OneStream, EPMWare, and Revenue Reporting enhancements through testing and process ownership.
- Contribute to the reporting roadmap from ideation through delivery in collaboration with Finance Systems team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to metadata rules and enable rapid implementation of changes.
- Support audit reviews and ongoing process improvements.
- Provide consistent support to end users for questions or issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Business Management with 7+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Systems, or
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Business Management with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of OneStream administration experience for FPA, Close/Consol, and FP&A, or
- 4+ years as a component administrator for OneStream, Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, Cognos/TM1 (certifications are a plus).
- 1+ year of power user/admin experience in DRM, EPMWare, Informatica.
- 1+ year of development experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint.
- Ability to read and create simple database queries (Databricks, SQL).
- Foundational understanding of cloud and on-premises finance systems.
- Experience in traditional finance roles within controllership or FP&A.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Finance and IT to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Strong finance knowledge with the ability to ensure system performance.
- Self-motivated team player comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to ambiguity and evolving business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly add value in new roles or responsibilities.
- Experience with process improvements leveraging AI.
- Strong systems aptitude.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for U.S. locations (excluding Puerto Rico and certain California locations): $112,800.00 - $169,200.00 USD.
- Eligibility for a Short Term Incentive (STI) program.
