Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning activities, including budgets, forecasts, EACs, and revenue projections.
• Perform detailed cost tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting for cost-plus programs.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and program review materials for leadership.
• Partner with Program Managers to interpret financial data, evaluate risks/opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, internal policies, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with accounting, contracts, and procurement to validate data and resolve issues.
• Support internal and external audits, financial reviews, and data integrity checks.
• Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors and materials; monitor subcontractor costs and review/approval of timesheets and non-labor invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years or more of program control or financial analysis experience in a government contracting environment.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience providing financial tracking and support for government customers in areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
• Ability to prepare program baseline data, EAC development, cost estimating/pricing, and complex variance analysis.
• Ability to balance long-term thinking with short-term execution.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and experience with ERP systems such as Costpoint.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
• Target salary range: $80,001 to $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
