Overview

This senior, client-facing role supports Finance Reinvention for Fortune 500 clients. The position combines F&A domain expertise with fluency in AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems, leading end-to-end deal activity from origination through delivery while building CFO/CAO-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A sales and practice efforts, owning the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain CFO/CAO and Finance leadership relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions by applying agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions that translate complex transformation programs into commercially clear narratives that win CFO confidence and support closing large-scale managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise by specializing in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A) and leading process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration within that domain.
• Contribute to a thought leadership agenda on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the future of the Finance function, including participation in industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation experience in consulting or Managed Services
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certified
• Previous external consulting experience
• Proven track record leading and closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to design and articulate AI-first operating models (not just reference AI concepts)
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation in a Finance context
• Deep familiarity with leading ERP and F&A platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, etc.)
• Industry expertise in the financial industry (e.g., Banking, Insurance)
• Experience structuring and winning F&A managed services contracts
