Overview

This role is responsible for filing monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory compliance filings, and supporting regulatory compliance activities such as coordinating responses to data requests and managing regulatory reports, logs, and tracking databases.

Responsibilities

  • File state and federal regulatory reports for the organization and related legal entities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with other compliance-related and ad hoc projects as they arise during the year.
  • Maintain regulatory report files and tracking databases.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with internal departments, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Manage regulatory audits.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree with concentration in telecommunications or accounting preferred.
  • 0–1 year of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or financial reporting role.
  • Accounting and financial analysis skills.
  • Accounts Payable experience desired.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Research skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting compensation range: $50,000 to $74,500.
  • Actual base pay depends on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
