Overview

A leading international premium cruise line and tour company is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to join their team remotely. This role focuses on sales financial planning through budget and forecast analysis, automation, and process optimization to improve sales efficiency aligned with organizational objectives. The Salesforce Analyst will collaborate with Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, Trade Marketing, Sales Administration, Finance, IT, and Salesforce teams to streamline workflows, integrate automation tools, and support strategic decision-making related to North America Sales & Trade Marketing financial Advertising & Promotion (A&P) and General & Administrative (G&A) spend.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and forecast costs by aligning with management to report on spend versus forecast projections; provide recommendations for managing funds within budget/forecast.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and accruals for North America Sales & Trade Marketing A&P and G&A budgets and input data into the Hyperion system.
  • Ensure proper classification of expenses, conduct variance analysis, manage cost corrections, and provide explanations to Finance on variances.
  • Manage auto fleet budget, forecast, and escalations; perform account reconciliation and accrual management.
  • Develop, propose, amend, and manage Sales & Trade Marketing budgets strategically.
  • Create revenue cooperative reports within financial budget limits.
  • Provide reporting to Sales Directors and coordinate integration within Salesforce tools.
  • Review actuals and generate reports for director review, including month-end accrual reports in Salesforce.
  • Generate ad hoc reports related to sales metrics, revenue tracking, and performance against KPIs.
  • Oversee Salesforce CRM automation and integration with financial systems such as Polar.
  • Monitor cooperative processes and recommend improvements for process and report designs to support accurate processing and utilization of cooperative funds.
  • Partner with IT and Finance teams to streamline integrations between Salesforce and other systems for A&P budgets and payment processing.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of automation solutions.
  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Document and resolve financial technical issues; communicate business and technology issues and solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Salesforce, Access, Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Proven track record of analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • This position is remote.
