SAP HCM Consultant

Overview

The organization is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to join its SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management support effort. In this role, you will help deliver reliable payroll and time evaluation solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to support successful testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll support, including:
  • Break/fix support
  • How-to expertise
  • Minor enhancements
  • Monitoring
  • Testing
• Design, build, and configure SAP applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Work on PCRs and schemas related to Time Evaluation and Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Time implementation with CATS (Positive & Negative time) and participate in end-to-end delivery activities.
• Own unit test scripts in HPALM and document testing scenarios (including appropriate screenshots) to support UAT.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience working on SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll.
• Experience providing SAP support activities, including break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, and testing.
• Experience designing, building, and configuring applications aligned with business process and application requirements.
• Experience working on PCRs and schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Time implementation with CATS (Positive & Negative time).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $50–60/hr
