Work remotely from home.
Ability to type or use voice-to-text proficiently.

Qualifications

Active EA Certification, CPA, or JD (practicing attorney in taxation).
Minimum of 2 years recent experience preparing federal (individual Form 1040) and state income tax returns using professional tax software in a work environment.
Additional experience with business returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041) is a plus.
Ability to write clearly and concisely, using simple language to explain complex tax issues.
Excellent command of English, including spelling and grammar.
Ability to understand and interpret customers' tax questions without access to their tax returns.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
Technical proficiency with cloud-based applications, search engines, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and file management.
Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week), with flexibility within five set days.
