Senior Accountant

Overview

A fast-growing, fully remote Fortune 500 organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Technical Accounting team. This role provides exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex transactions, and high-visibility initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

• Support technical accounting for M&A, consolidations, and complex transactions
• Assist with acquisition integrations and process improvements
• Contribute to ERP and data transformation projects
• Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting within a public company
• Experience auditing or working with publicly traded companies
• Stable work history
• CPA certification or active pursuit preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
