Overview

This role is for a Senior Analyst within Corporate Finance, focusing on forecasting, analysis, and strategic insights related to revenue metrics. The position involves close collaboration with Revenue FP&A and other cross-functional teams to provide a comprehensive and accurate view of business performance and outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Own forecasting for revenue-related metrics including billings, revenue, NNPU, ARPU, merchant fees, and contra revenue items.
  • Maintain methodologies that translate bookings into revenue, such as cohorting, ramp, retention, and revenue recognition timing.
  • Support guidance and executive communication by partnering with Investor Relations and Corporate Finance leadership.
  • Develop forecasts and scenarios, translating analyses into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze key drivers across billings and revenue metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide centralized financial perspectives to support strategic decisions and investment trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with Finance and business teams including Revenue FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, LRP, Corporate FP&A, Finance Systems, and others to ensure consistency in assumptions, reporting, and financial narratives.
  • Drive initiatives to improve forecasting processes and systems for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Partner with Analytics, Business Platform, and IT teams to enhance data quality and tooling.
  • Contribute to Finance excellence by standardizing forecasting methodologies and elevating analytical rigor across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance with a focus on forecasting and revenue-related metrics.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and operating metrics, including how NNARR informs billings and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue mechanics such as revenue waterfall, deferred revenue, merchant fees, contra revenue, and revenue recognition timing.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks, Oracle Financials).
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex forecasting areas and ambiguous, high-impact projects.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle PBCS.
  • Familiarity with Pigment, Anaplan, and emerging AI-driven planning tools.
  • Experience building and maintaining revenue forecast models incorporating NNARR, cohort behavior, and revenue recognition timing.

Compensation & Benefits

  • This role is not available in US Zone 1.
  • US Zone 2 salary range: $140,800 to $190,400 USD annually.
  • US Zone 3 salary range: $125,100 to $169,300 USD annually.

Salary ranges represent expected annual salary or on-target earnings (OTE) for sales roles only and are subject to change. Compensation is one component of the total rewards package, which also includes eligibility for corporate bonus programs or sales incentives and stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Starting pay is determined based on job level, location, skillset, and peer compensation, with most offers falling between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

US Zone definitions for remote work location pay ranges:

  • Zone 1: San Francisco metro, New York City metro, Seattle metro.
  • Zone 2: California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Illinois (Chicago metro), Indiana (Chicago metro), Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan (Chicago metro), New Hampshire, New Jersey (outside NYC metro), New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (D.C. metro and outside NYC metro), Texas (Austin metro), Virginia (DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro), Washington DC metro, West Virginia (DC metro), Wisconsin (Chicago metro).
  • Zone 3: All other US locations.

Location

This is a remote role hiring in US Zones 2 and 3 as defined above.
