  • Review Associates’ work, provide clear feedback, and help build technical skills.
  • Support audit and tax requests with schedules and documentation.
  • Identify process gaps, document procedures, and help improve controls and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in fund administration, loan servicing or agency, private credit, or structured finance operations.
  • Working knowledge of loan lifecycle events, including syndicated and bilateral loans, delayed draw and revolving facilities, PIK, and amendments.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, with comfort working directly with clients and agents.
  • Attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and sound judgment about when to escalate.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and keep core hours aligned with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CLO or CDO trustee reporting, waterfall modeling, or collateral compliance testing.
  • Familiarity with loan servicing and fund accounting platforms such as Allvue, Geneva, Wall Street Office, Clearpar, or Investran.
