Overview
A leading organization in the Information Technology sector is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst Corporate to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that support business decision-making. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and develop scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location
- Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation
- $150,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end monthly close process in collaboration with Accounting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly board reporting accompanied by insightful narratives
- Lead variance analysis to support performance discussions with leadership
- Update financial models, cash forecasts, and long-range plans
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate workforce reporting and hiring plans
- Oversee the implementation of Pigment as the planning platform
- Identify and address gaps in processes and reporting to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, public accounting (Big 4 preferred), or corporate FP&A within a technology company
- Experience with month-end close, board reporting, and maintaining financial models
- Familiarity with technology consumption and SaaS metrics
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for complex financial modeling
- Ability to work with imperfect data and produce structured outputs
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive planning tools
- Experience with Big 4 public accounting
- Knowledge of financial modeling software and SaaS financial metrics
- Expertise in variance analysis tools, ERP systems, and data visualization tools
