Overview
This role is remote and based in the Solutions Accounting department. It is a full-time, days schedule position.
The salary range is $79,511.52 - $110,511.52 per year.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analytics & Reporting: Extract internal source data to perform statistical, cost, and operational financial analyses; build actionable reports to support core business decisions.
- Budgeting & Planning: Facilitate end-to-end budget preparation and strategic financial planning processes across organizational initiatives.
- Management Consulting: Provide internal quantitative decision support to leadership across strategic initiatives, policies, and operational procedures.
- Systems Integration & Reconciliation: Load final budget spreads into designated financial software systems and complete comprehensive data reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
Requirements
- Education/Experience: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Accounting fundamentals & close: Strong accounting knowledge to execute month-end close processes, ledger reconciliations, and foundational financial operations.
- Data analytics & communication: Ability to work with complex data, interpret findings clearly, and deliver insights with executive presence to cross-functional leaders.
- Educational/professional foundation: Strong baseline of technical accounting expertise supported by a Bachelor's degree (highly preferred).
