Overview
A fast-growing cloud infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis for its cloud compute, GPU, and related product lines. This role requires expertise in financial modeling for SaaS and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) revenue streams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for cloud compute, GPU, and other product offerings
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models covering SaaS and GPUaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, utilization rates, and unit economics
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams to create financial business cases, pricing analyses, and go-to-market investment strategies
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and executive commentary on financial performance
- Analyze GPU infrastructure utilization, capacity costs, and gross margin to support pricing and capacity planning decisions for GPUaaS offerings
- Model and forecast financial performance and capital structure for large-scale AI/GPU infrastructure investments, including SPVs and debt financing
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to contextualize financial performance within the cloud infrastructure industry
- Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, M&A due diligence, and board-level financial presentations with detailed financial analysis and modeling
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting automation, and data infrastructure to enhance FP&A efficiency and accuracy
- Adapt to and utilize various AI-related technologies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
- Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS financial metrics (ARR, MRR, NDR, LTV, CAC) and familiarity with GPU-as-a-Service or compute infrastructure economics
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ERP and FP&A platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (final compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and applicable laws)
