Overview
A leading provider of AI-powered experience orchestration platforms is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Strategic Finance team. This role involves leading expense forecasting and strategic projects across multiple functions, partnering closely with finance and business leaders including senior executives. The position offers the opportunity to be a key strategic partner in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and cross-functional teams by providing financial decision-making support.
- Develop and manage the budget and forecasting processes, including headcount and non-labor expenses such as Bad Debt, VAT, Insurance, and special projects.
- Collaborate with business leads, Finance, and Legal teams to set and execute strategic plans.
- Prepare variance analyses, financial bridges, and presentations to explain trends and insights for leadership, board members, and external investors.
- Perform month-end closing activities, including accrual preparation and coordination with accounting.
- Reconcile data from multiple sources and assist in automating reports and analyses.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects to enable sound financial decisions by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, or financial services; SaaS/Cloud industry experience is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, business intelligence tools (Tableau or PowerBI), planning, ERP, and reporting systems; experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and consultative skills.
- Inquisitive mindset with a growth-oriented approach to complex problems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $81,800 to $143,800, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
