Overview
A nationally recognized physician-led medical group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance Operations team. This role focuses on hospital medicine services and supports business development efforts by preparing financial pricing models and performance reports. The position is remote with occasional travel (1-2 weeks per year).
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial pricing models for new business opportunities in collaboration with Business Development, Operational, and Clinical leaders
- Gather and track information from potential customers to support pricing model development
- Prepare monthly performance reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce
- Assist in building and maintaining automated financial processes
- Research and update corporate assumptions in financial pricing models
- Maintain and improve pricing model templates
- Assist with budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Analyze data and trends, summarizing key metrics for reporting
- Document processes and maintain records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-6 years of related experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or consulting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot and Data Modeling
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Adaptive Planning and Salesforce preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across hospital medicine, emergency medicine, critical care, and anesthesia service lines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually, based on experience and geographic location
