Overview
A leading organization in the Information Technology sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that support business decision-making. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation: $136,000 – $161,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare and analyze management reports and variance analyses
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and long-term planning
- Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate financial results
- Enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and business intelligence (BI) tools preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
