Overview

This full-time, remote position in the US is for a Senior Financial Analyst within the finance and accounting category. The role supports forecasting, planning, and financial reporting processes to provide high-quality analysis and insights that drive financial performance, growth, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare analyses and reports evaluating current performance and supporting forward-looking financial strategies, including staffing, capacity, sales maturity, compensation structures, and market data.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand P&L performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans with business partners.
  • Prepare and maintain standard monthly financial reporting for internal business reviews and board reporting.
  • Work with IT and finance teams to enhance business intelligence reporting tools and improve ERP capabilities.
  • Assist the Executive Director of Finance with insights related to Supply Chain, Payer Relations, Service & Repair, and Shared Services.
  • Build effective working relationships with business partners to support financial planning, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Support cost allocation methodologies, assist in forecast development, and monitor allocation processes during monthly close cycles.
  • Contribute to preparation of financial and operational reporting materials for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across financial and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Analyze financial results and trends, perform cost-benefit and profitability analyses, and conduct root cause analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain benchmarks, scorecards, and trend reporting to support performance tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, addressing concerns and focusing on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other technology tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial systems, statements, and reports.
  • Proven success in partnering with, leading, and influencing multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or influencing process improvements and financial transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic objectives, operational realities, and financial discipline.

Physical Work Requirements

  • Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers for computer use.
  • Prolonged periods working at a desk and/or on a computer.
  • Occasional movement and reaching with arms and hands.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
