Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Transformation Strategies Finance team, partnering with Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology (NT) commercial leaders. This role supports complex, multi-divisional sales opportunities through deal modeling, pricing and profitability analysis, forecasting, and execution through close.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Finance partner to ASC Regional Managers, advising on deal economics, structure, risks, and approvals.
- Lead financial modeling and evaluation for new deals and amendments, ensuring deal completeness, accuracy, and profitability.
- Track deals end-to-end to ensure timely close, proper approvals, and alignment to forecast.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast files; proactively identify and communicate forecast risk or slippage.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Flex Financial, Legal, Contracts, Operations, Marketing, and Divisional Finance to advance deals efficiently.
- Support month-end forecast, reporting, and close activities.
- Own consistent, organized deal documentation accessible to Finance and commercial partners.
- Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time, rework, and manual effort; support adoption of ASC Finance initiatives and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports; product pricing experience preferred.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, evaluation, and validation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Salesforce preferred.

- USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
- US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
- US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
- US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
- US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
