Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Transformation Strategies Finance team, partnering with Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology (NT) commercial leaders to support growth and profitability in these critical markets. This role provides comprehensive financial support for complex, multi-divisional sales opportunities, including deal modeling, pricing and profitability analysis, forecasting, and execution through to close.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Finance partner to ASC Regional Managers, advising on deal economics, structure, risks, and approvals.
- Lead financial modeling and evaluation for new deals and amendments, ensuring deal completeness, accuracy, and profitability.
- Track deals end-to-end to ensure timely close, proper approvals, and alignment with forecasts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast files; proactively identify and communicate forecast risks or slippage.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Flex Financial, Legal, Contracts, Operations, Marketing, and Divisional Finance teams to advance deals efficiently.
- Support month-end forecast, reporting, and close activities.
- Manage consistent, organized deal documentation accessible to Finance and commercial partners.
- Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time, rework, and manual effort; support adoption of ASC Finance initiatives and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports; product pricing experience preferred.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, evaluation, and validation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Salesforce preferred.

- USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
- US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
- US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
- US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
- US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
